Nearly 30 townhouses proposed for south Nashua neighborhood

The New Hampshire Union Leader shared, planning officials will be considering a new development to Gateway Hills consisting of 28 Townhouses.

Next month, John J. Flatley Company representatives will approach the Nashua Planning Board, seeking development of property at 200 Innovative Way into Townhouses.

Scott McPhie, city planner, writes, “The site is part of the larger Gateway Hills development, formerly known as Nashua Technology Park. The Flatley Company has assembled a number of parcels over the years, which now encompass approximately 400 acres of contiguous land.”

Tentatively dubbed The Townhouses at Gateway Hills, this project is proposed to have seven buildings, with 4 units per building. It will utilize 4 acres of a nearly 130-acre lot and private cul-de-sac, seen in the below plan.

Gateway Hills is a live, work, play lifestyle community in Southern Nashua NH. Gateway Hills is home to the Nashua Technology Park and Nashua Office Park.
